Service and bookings

Life revolves around the bar, so that's where to head for drinks, menus and to find out where you're sitting if you've booked.

For dining or drinks inside the pub you have the choice of our lounge and bar area or dining room when booking – we always try and hold a few tables back for drinks and customers not able to book in advance.

During the warmer months we have a lovely terrace wrapping around the front of the pub and the restaurant at the side, perfect for al fresco dining. Outside tables are not reservable and allocated on a first come first served basis.

Do you allow dogs?

Dogs of the 'well behaved and on the leash' variety are most welcome in our garden, bar and lounge areas where we serve our full daily menu. We unfortunately cannot accommodate dogs in our dining room. If booking online and bringing a dog, please add a note in the special request box letting us know you require a dog friendly table.

Parking and public transport

Olney town centre has plenty of free on-street parking and car parks available near to the Cherry Tree. You can see a useful guide to Parking in the area on the town council website here.

Children and Minors

The Cherry Tree is a family friendly environment, but we do ask that your children are closely supervised at all times. Families are most welcome in areas away from the bar. We have baby changing facilities and if you would like a highchair, please request one when you book. During the evenings our pub is primarily an adult environment. We're particularly popular for family Sunday lunches and reservations are advised.

Prams and pushchairs

Due to the layout of our dining areas, we ask you to let us know if you have a pram or pushchair when you make a reservation so we can try and accommodate you.
