The Barn at The Crown & Thistle is a characterful alternative to your classic corporate meeting space. Seating up to 100 guests, The Barn is a suitable space for a variety of events, from business meetings to board meetings and networking to conferences. With super-fast WiFi throughout, the room is fully equipped with screen and projector.
The Minstrels Gallery is a great alternative for those smaller meetings and can accommodate up to 20 guests and benefits from a TV screen for presentation purposes.
Conveniently located in the centre of Abingdon, it is just 20 minutes from Oxford City Centre and 10 minutes from the A34 with good connections to the M40 and M4.
The Crown & Thistle boasts 18 bedrooms for those guests requiring accommodation.

Day Delegate Rate
From £29 per person
For 8 delegates or more, this rate is fully inclusive of the following:
Room hire
Flipchart and pens
Screen and projector
Business grade super-fast WiFi
Filter coffee and a selection of teas and pastries upon arrival
Morning break - filter coffee and a selection of tea
Afternoon break - filter coffee and a selection of teas and biscuits
Water and cordials throughout the day
Fresh fruit bowl
Lunch - a choice of one of the following menus
- Buffet or sandwich working lunch
- Set menu served in the restaurant to allow you a change of scenery (subject to a supplementary charge)
24 Hour Delegate Rate

This package is for groups of 8 or more and is designed to meet your needs for when there are not enough hours in the day. Fully inclusive of:
