Booking cancellation policy

Please let us know if your plans change and you can’t make it.

If you were asked for your credit card details to secure a booking, if we don’t hear anything and you’re a no-show, we will charge £10 per person to the credit card on file.

We do not store any credit card details in the pub.

This service is provided by Stripe who are a global payment provider and certified as a PCI Level 1, meaning all card information is stored securely and encrypted by Stripe, not Brunning and Price pubs.

Card details are attached against a specific booking and are deleted at the end of the holding period which is 7 days from reservation date. If we ever need to charge a card – Stripe process this for us, we never have visibility of the card details.

The best way to cancel your booking is by following the links at the top of the confirmation email.

Event Bookings

For some events you will be requested to pre-pay for your ticket, either in full or part payment. If your plans change, please let us know, if we get 48 hours or more notice we will be able to refund your payment. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Christmas Day Bookings

You will be asked for full payment of your Christmas Day Booking in advance of the day. If your plans change, please let us know. Bookings cancelled after 1st December are non-refundable.

New Year’s Eve Events

You will be asked for full payment of your NYE event. If your plans change, please let us know, if we get 14 days or more notice we will be able to refund your payment. Bookings cancelled with less than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable.

Unsubscribing from our mailing list and privacy

You may unsubscribe from our mailing lists at any time using the link in our emails. This will also remove your email from the monthly prize draw.

  1. By adding your details to our mailing list you will be placed into a prize draw where a winner is chosen at random for each pub, each month.
  2. Prize winners will receive a voucher via email to spend at the respective pub.
  3. Winning vouchers expire 90 days after the prize draw date.
  4. No cash alternative will be given. Change will not be given for any unspent voucher value.
  5. Only one entry per person per pub.
  6. The prize draw isnt open to employees of a respective pub mailing list.
  7. We reserve the right to cancel or amend this promotion at any time.
  8. Entrants must be over 18.
  9. You can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by using the unique link in our emails to you, or by visiting this page.
  10. If you have cause to complain, please contact the Information Commissioners Office.
  11. By unsubscribing you will permanently delete your details from our database, thus removing yourself from the prize draw.
