Asparagus Season -  British Asparagus is now on our Daily Menu

We love nothing more than cooking with ingredients that are local, seasonal and at their absolute best, which is why we look forward to British asparagus season every year.

We’re currently sourcing beautiful asparagus from the Vale of Evesham and the Wye Valley, and it’s taking pride of place in our kitchen while the season lasts.

When produce is this good, we think it’s best to keep things simple. Our chefs are gently steaming the asparagus and serving it with classic accompaniments such as a crispy poached egg and rich hollandaise sauce - letting the flavour of the asparagus do all the talking.

It’s one of those short but wonderful seasons, so be sure to enjoy it while you can.
