Remembrance Sunday
On Sunday 8th November we'll pause with the rest of Witney for Remembrance Sunday
The town's service is held at the War Memorial, a couple of minutes' walk from the pub. Roads in and around Market Square close from 10am and will reopen by 1pm at the latest.
Our doors will be open from 7.30am. There'll be breakfast, hot drinks and a warm spot to rest your feet beforehand or after the service.
Throughout the day we'll be collecting for the Royal British Legion, which supports serving and ex-service personnel and their families. You'll find collection points at the bar.
