As the days grow longer and the gardens come into their own, so do the very best of the season’s ingredients.
The chefs in our kitchen are delighted to introduce our new Summer Menu, bringing together fresh flavours, lighter dishes, and a few indulgent favourites - all ready to be enjoyed in the sunshine.
