New Daily Menu

Head Chef Matthew and his talented brigade have been hard at work creating our new daily menu, and we’re really pleased with how it’s turned out!

Crammed full of autumnal delights, some of the most popular dishes so far include confit duck with cannellini bean and chorizo cassoulet, heritage carrots; charcoal-grilled whole seabass with dill butter, sauce vierge, samphire, leeks and cavolo nero; and honey and thyme-glazed goat’s cheese with chicory and beetroot salad, tomato hummus and pine nuts.
