Stephan

General Manager

Stephan has been proudly leading the team as General Manager for the past two years, bringing passion, dedication, and a real love for the venue into everything he does. He truly loves everything about The Royal Foresters, from the community feel to creating memorable experiences for every guest who walks through the doors.

When he’s not running the show, Stephan enjoys spending quality time with his family and keeping active with friends. You’ll most likely find him on the paddle court, as paddle is one of his favourite ways to unwind and stay social.

With his hands‑on approach, positive energy, and commitment to both the team and guests, Stephan is a big part of what makes The Royal Foresters what it is today.

Charlotte

Deputy Manager

Charlotte is a great example of growth and dedication, progressing from bartender to Deputy Manager over the past five years. Her hands-on experience, strong leadership, and passion for great service help create a positive environment for both the team and guests. Outside of work, Charlotte is a proud mum who enjoys spending quality time with her son and partner

Francesca

Assistant Manager

Fran has been with the business for 5 years and has worked her way up through dedication and hard work. She is a key part of the crew, bringing experience, reliability, and a positive attitude to the team. In her time off, Fran loves to travel and explore new places.

Maciej

Assistant Manager

Maciej is a true superstar on the floor and a dedicated member of our team. He consistently brings energy, reliability, and great customer care to every shift, making him a valued part of the crew. When he’s not at work, Maciej enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing pool.

Callum

FOH Supervisor

Callum is our cocktail connoisseur and a much-loved member of the team. Armed with a wealth of cocktail knowledge and a talent for creating great drinks, he's always ready with a recommendation or a story behind the spirit.

Del

Bar Supervisor

Del is a true part of the Royal Forester family. As our Cellar Man and all-round handyman, he’s been keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes for years, always willing to lend a hand wherever needed. Reliable, hardworking, and full of knowledge. Outside of work, he’s a passionate Chelsea supporter and is always happy to talk football with anyone who'll listen!

Kaitlin

Bar Supervisor

Kaitlin is a valued Bar Supervisor, bringing leadership, energy and a keen eye for detail to every shift. She helps guide and support the bar team, ensuring smooth service while upholding our high standards of hospitality.

Outside of work, she enjoys travelling to exotic destinations such as Thailand and Vietnam and spending time with her friends, always returning with plenty of great stories and a positive attitude.

Jess

Assistant Manager

Jess joins us as the newest member of our management team, bringing a wealth of experience with her. Before pubs, Jess spent years as cabin crew, jetting all over the world and picking up a knack for hospitality, calm under pressure, and making people feel looked after wherever they are.

That same warmth and eye for detail now goes into running a great pub, and we couldn't be happier to have her on board. Come and say hello next time you're in.

Jason

Supervisor

Jason is our Bar Supervisor and brings great passion and knowledge to all things bar-related. He plays an important role in supporting the team, maintaining high standards, and ensuring smooth service. Jason’s enthusiasm and experience make him a valued member of the Royal Foresters crew.

When he’s not at work, you’ll often find him spending time with friends doing some well-earned “market research.”

Billy

Supervisor

Billy is our resident quiz master and an all-round key player at The Foresters. Whether he's serving behind the bar, looking after guests on the floor or challenging the pub with one of his quiz nights, he brings enthusiasm, humour and plenty of personality to the team. Away from work, he's a keen footballer, proving that his competitive streak doesn't end when the quiz is over.

Linda

Restaurant Team Member

Linda is one of the true stalwarts of The Foresters. In fact, she's been working here since before it was even The Foresters, giving her a longer history here than most of the furniture! Her experience, knowledge and sense of humour make her an invaluable member of the team, and she's a familiar face that both colleagues and customers are always pleased to see.

Amy

Restaurant Team Member

Amy is a friendly and welcoming host who helps create a great first impression for every guest. Her warm, approachable nature contributes to the relaxed atmosphere we're known for, ensuring guests feel comfortable and valued throughout their visit. Fun fact: Amy once appeared on You've Been Framed! — a story she still enjoys laughing about today.

Hanna

Bar/Waiting

Hanna is a valued member of our team who brings reliability, positivity, and care to every shift. She always goes the extra mile to support her colleagues and make guests feel welcome. Outside of work, Hanna loves spending time with her family back home in Ukraine, which is very important to her.

Luiz

Head Chef

Luiz is the heart of our kitchen and a hugely valued part of The Foresters. As Head Chef, he leads with passion, skill and a calm approach, helping to maintain the high standards we're proud of. His dedication to great food and support for his team make him an essential part of the pub.

Max

Junior Sous

Max has been a fantastic example of dedication and progression within the kitchen team. Starting out as a young Commis Chef, Max successfully completed his apprenticeship and has steadily worked his way up to the role of Junior Sous Chef through hard work, consistency, and a real passion for food. Max is proud of his journey in the kitchen and continues to develop his leadership skills, supporting the team and contributing positively to the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.

When he’s not at work, Max enjoys spending time with friends at the pub or channelling his competitive nature through racquet sports — especially padel, where his love of competition really shines.

Lewis

Junior Sous

Lewis is a key part of our kitchen team and someone we're lucky to have around. Known for his impressive selection of bandanas, which seem to change with every shift, he brings his own unique character to the kitchen.

Matthew

Senior Chef de Partie

Matt is a key part of the kitchen team. Passionate about great food and always keen to learn, he's doing a great job recently and continues to go from strength to strength in his role, bringing plenty of energy and pride to every service. When he's not in the kitchen, you'll often find him on his skateboard. Whether he's working on a new trick or heading out to explore new spots, Matt loves the freedom, creativity and challenge that skating brings.

Josh

Senior Chef de Partie

Josh is our resident pizza maestro and a much-valued member of the kitchen team. Whether he's stretching dough, perfecting toppings or sending out pizza after pizza during a busy service, he makes it all look effortless. Known for his skill, consistency and calm approach, Josh plays a key role in maintaining the high standards we're proud of. Simply put, when it comes to pizza, he's a bit of a wizard.

Tracey

Hotel Manager

Tracey is the heart of the hotel side of the business and a true powerhouse when it comes to keeping things running smoothly. As Hotel Manager, she brings a calm, confident presence to the team and leads with a balance of professionalism, warmth, and humour that makes her an absolute pleasure to work with.

She’s incredibly organised, always on top of bookings, guest needs, and the million moving parts that come with running a hotel – and she does it all with a smile. Tracey’s attention to detail and commitment to providing a top-notch guest experience are second to none.
